Reaching 137 dB SPL Max and powered by a 3200 W peak Class-D amplifier, it delivers a focused 60° x 60° constant-directivity pattern that supports a clean monitoring window and strong gain-before-feedback. Its coaxial architecture combines a 15" neodymium coaxial woofer with a 3.5" voice coil and a 2.5" neodymium coaxial compression driver, keeping the sound coherent and consistent as performers move. Integrated DSP processing with FiRPHASE and BMC improves coherence and definition in real-world conditions, and onboard RDNet control enables centralized monitoring and control for efficient stage workflows. The multifunctional cabinet makes KXM 25-A equally effective as a stage wedge or as a controlled point source in portable FOH or fill applications.

Bass Motion Control®

KX speakers equipped with Bass Motion Control (BMC) produce the lowest audible frequencies without affecting the woofer stability, with extended linearity and better sound integrity. The BMC method creates a complete map of the dynamic behavior of the woofer, to generate a custom algorithm that limits over-excursions. Traditional high-pass filters protect the woofer from over-excursion but change the phase/frequency response. In contrast, the new BMC algorithm protects the woofer allowing total freedom of signal reproduction.

New perspective on linearity

KX speakers are designed using a proprietary and advanced digital FiR technology, conceived to deliver transparent sound, absolute clarity, and perfect imaging to the listener. The special FiRPHASE processing distributes sound to all listeners without phase distortions, ensuring minimum latencies in the system. The algorithm corrects phase and amplitude (if necessary) by taking into account the weak points of the transducers and the resonances or cancellations due to the cabinet of the loudspeaker.
