The cage was originally made for the Panasonic Lumix GH5 and is now compatible with the Lumix GH5 mark II and the Lumix GH5S.

The V2 cage features:

3/8" Arri locating points (new feature),
Enables using the Arri-related accessories like top handles or monitor holders (new feature) ,
Strap attachment (strap holder) on the right side,
Cold shoe on the right,
M4 threads on the top front for mounting e.g. the top handle extension adapter,
The cage is very tightly fitted to the camera, hence one point of cage-to-camera attachment is sufficient to prevent twisting,
Improved access to the on/off switch compared to the previous version
