Description
The Allen & Heath Qu-3D adds a built in Dante network interface to the compact Qu-3. It carries the same 96kHz XCVI processing, preamps and converters found on the larger Qu mixers, in a small footprint made for houses of worship, corporate AV, schools and clubs that run audio over a network.
The onboard 16x16 Dante port at 48/96kHz, on a locking etherCON connector, links the desk to Dante stageboxes, recorders, amplifiers and speakers. Dante can be expanded to 32x32 with an optional upgrade.
You get 16 mic/line preamps on board, 36 mix inputs, 12 mixes, 4 matrix buses and 6 FX engines with dedicated stereo returns. An 8+1 layout of motorized 100mm faders with 6 layers, a 7 inch capacitive touchscreen and Chromatic Channel Metering keep every channel in reach. Record up to 32 channels over USB C, multitrack to SD card, or capture a stereo mix to USB A.
