Description
The Behringer B-1 is a large-diaphragm studio condenser microphone that delivers clean, detailed sound well above its price point. A 1" gold-sputtered capsule sits in front of a transformerless FET preamp, giving you the open, transparent character you expect from a serious studio mic, with a ruler-flat response and a gentle presence lift that often makes EQ unnecessary.
Its fixed cardioid pattern rejects room reflections for tight vocal and acoustic-instrument capture. A switchable low-cut filter clears out rumble and proximity buildup, while a -10 dB pad lets the B-1 handle loud sources up to 148 dB SPL. The nickel-plated die-cast brass body is built to last, and it ships with a suspension shockmount, foam windscreen, and aluminum carrying case. The B-1 needs +48V phantom power from your mixer or interface.
