One-Lens-Fits-All Adapter System

Continuing the biological design of the Octopus Series, this adapter uses precise mechanics to adapt PL-mount (and EF-mount) lenses to diverse camera bodies. It expands the creative potential of the Arles, Arcana, Vespid 1 and 2, Catta, Pictor, and Gnosis lens series, offering a universal, one-lens-fits-all solution. Octopus 1 covers PL to RF/L/E/DX/X and EF to RF/L/E; Octopus 2 covers PL to RF/L/E/Z.

Ultra Light, Native Stability

Featuring a lightweight aluminum alloy body and a stainless steel mount, the weight is reduced to just 190g (PL-E version without base). While achieving weight reduction, it relies on high manufacturing precision of 0.01mm and a reinforced structure, ensuring it remains as reliable as a native mount even after 100,000 cycles.

Ergonomic Build, New-gen Handling

Redesigned based on natural hand ergonomics, the handle makes mounting and unmounting much easier than the previous generation, adapting to both handheld and rigged setups. The detachable 1/4 inch threaded base shifts the center of gravity to the adapter, relieving stress on the camera body for smoother operation and easier lens swaps.

Clear Guidance, Instant Rolling

No complex calibration required. The flange focal distance is precisely calibrated to ensure accurate infinity focus after adaptation. A purely mechanical design with installation and removal directional guides makes it simple, intuitive, and easy for beginners to master.

Compatible with lens mounts including E, Z, L, and RF, it adapts to formats such as S35, full-frame, and medium format. With internal space increased by 7.12 percent, it accommodates a wider range of lenses, from professional prime and zoom sets to lightweight lenses.
