Description
MITUS 206L is a compact, two-way passive vertical line array module designed for precision sound coverage in small to medium-sized applications. It features two 6.5” B&C neodymium woofers with 1.7” voice coils and a 1.4” B&C neodymium compression driver with a 2.5” coil, loaded on a 100° horizontal waveguide that delivers a near-flat wavefront up to 18 kHz with minimal distortion.
The system requires external bi-amplification: 500W RMS @ 16Ω for LF and 150W RMS @ 16Ω for HF. It includes internal protection circuitry for the HF section and uses Neutrik Speakon NL4 connectors for input and link out. External DSP processing with FBT preset is required for proper operation. The frequency response ranges from 75 Hz to 20 kHz.
Constructed from high-impact polypropylene, the enclosure integrates rigging hardware that allows angle adjustment from 0° to 10° in 2° increments. Weighing only 14,8 kg, the Mitus 206L is ideal for flown or ground-stacked configurations using dedicated accessories. It supports configurations from single units on a pole (100°H x 10°V) to full-scale vertical arrays.
